Not Your Mother's Cream Cheese Frosting!

Cream cheese frosting has always been one of my very favorite things to make (and eat).
Creamy, not too sweet, and generally something that balances what it's complementing, it's something that I was nervous about losing when attempting at becoming vegetarian/vegan. The recipe I found recently, though, helped.

The recipe is simple -- vegan powdered sugar, vegan butter and vegan cream cheese. I added vanilla to it, as I prefer it. The end results were creamy and not too sweet.

I forgot to grab a photo of the end result, but believe me it was worth it!
